At NAKH Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and services. We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund or return, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.

Refund Policy

1. General Refund & Return Policy

We offer limited refunds and returns depending on the type of product or service purchased.

  • Wellness Services (Massages, Facials, Reflexology, etc.) → Non-refundable

  • Subscription Memberships → Refund eligibility depends on timing and usage

  • Physical Products (Essential Oils, Lotions, Scrubs, etc.) → Limited return policy based on product condition

  • Digital Products → Non-refundable after download

2. Service Refunds & Cancellations

a. Wellness Services (Massages, Facials, Reflexology, etc.)

  • Non-Refundable: All service purchases are final. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us so we can address your concerns.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

b. Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Any unused sessions from a membership plan do not roll over to the next billing period.

  • If a subscription is canceled mid-cycle, the remaining days in the cycle will not be refunded.

3. Product Refunds & Returns

a. Essential Oils, Lotions, Scrubs, and Other Skincare Products

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

b. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will happily replace it. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at reception@nakhwellness.com

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

  3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund (including shipping costs).

c. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at our expense and send you the correct product.

4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
