Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Handling Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

a. Local Shipping (Alberta)
  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

b. Canadian Shipping
  • We currently offer shipping to other Canadian provinces.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 7-14 business days).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their province. 

3. Order Tracking
  • Tracking information will be provided via email for applicable shipping methods.

  • If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

4. Shipping Restrictions
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Certain essential oil products may have shipping restrictions in some regions due to carrier regulations.

  • If we cannot ship an item to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local courier or file a claim with the shipping provider.

  • Delays: Shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead of re-shipping, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
