5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local courier or file a claim with the shipping provider.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes
